How often should I feed my budgie millet spray?

I never give more than 1 strand of millet spray in a week. Even though millet spray is healthy it is quite high in fat. Also keep an eye on how much of their regular food they are eating, if your bird is eating less of its regular food and more millet then I would reduce it even further.
