I used to buy this dog food at a similar price but I am sure it was a 15 KG bag. Has the quantity been reduced?

I noticed this too. I believe Burgess have changed all their range from 15kg to 12.5kg for all dry dog food. On a plus note when I ordered 2 bags they came in one delivery instead of 2 so maybe a reason behind it.
